The deontological rules of the profession provide that fees can fluctuate according to custom, depending on : the financial situation of the client, the difficulty of the case, Costs incurred by the lawyer, Lawyer’s reputation, Lawyer’s diligence

According to these rules, my two principles are the following:

• • The client must know where he is going

A fee agreement is always signed, in clear terms.

• • I practice transparent and fair prices
  

My hourly rate is €300 excluding VAT, i.e. €360 including VAT.

It is possible to work according to a fixed price.

In tax litigation, a performance fee is established.

The first consultation is invoiced at €300 excluding VAT, i.e €360 including VAT.

In all cases, the fee agreement ensures total transparency.
